Refund Policy

Effective: January 1, 2026

  1. Overview. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Stratevion Advisors offers refunds for its consulting services and digital products. By engaging our services, you agree to this policy.
  2. Consulting Services. All strategic advisory engagements are custom‑built and billed on a project or retainer basis. Because each project is tailored to your needs, refunds are generally not available after work has commenced.
  3. Project-Based Engagements. For fixed‑price projects, a 50% deposit is required upfront. If you cancel before we begin work, the deposit is refundable minus a 10% administrative fee. Once work has started, the deposit is non‑refundable.
  4. Milestone Payments. For multi‑phase projects, payments are tied to completed milestones. If you cancel after a milestone is delivered, that payment is non‑refundable. Future milestones may be cancelled with written notice.
  5. Retainer Agreements. Monthly retainers are billed in advance. You may cancel your retainer with 30 days' written notice. Unused hours from the final month will be refunded on a prorated basis.
  6. Digital Products. If you purchase any digital products (e.g., reports, templates), all sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds after download or access is granted.
  7. Workshops and Events. For paid workshops or events, cancellations made at least 14 days prior receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non‑refundable, but you may transfer your registration to another person.
  8. Dissatisfaction with Services. We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you are unhappy with our work, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a partial refund at our discretion.
  9. Force Majeure. Stratevion Advisors is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government actions). No refunds will be issued for such delays.
  10. Refund Request Procedure. To request a refund, you must submit a written request via email to the address at the end of this document, including your name, engagement details, and reason for the request.
  11. Processing Time. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear.
  12. Non‑Refundable Fees. Certain fees, such as bank transfer fees, expedited service fees, or third‑party costs incurred on your behalf, are non‑refundable.
  13. Scope Changes. If the scope of work changes mid‑project and you decide to terminate, payments for completed work are non‑refundable. You will be billed for work performed up to termination.
  14. Promotional Offers. If you purchased services under a promotional discount, the refund amount will be based on the discounted price, not the original list price.
  15. No Guarantee of Results. Consulting services involve strategic guidance, but outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific results, and fees are not refundable based on performance alone.
  16. Dispute Resolution. Any refund disputes shall first be addressed through direct negotiation. If unresolved, they will be subject to the dispute resolution clause in our Terms of Service.
  17. Changes to This Policy. We may update this Refund Policy periodically. The current version will always be posted here with the effective date. Your continued engagement constitutes acceptance.
  18. Entire Agreement. This Refund Policy, together with your engagement agreement and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement regarding refunds.
